Interactive Server side High Chart

I came across few approaches with phantomJS and NodeJS, which will give a static svg file which will not have any animation and interactivity.

I want to create standalone Interactive (mouse over, mouse click should work) High charts on the server side rather than just simple svg

This will help me in generating high volume chart, cache it in server and can use it across multiple request.
