Nodejs - spoofing server geo for outgoing request

I was wondering how can I spoof the server geo-ip to be the client's geo-ip for external server request for things like web-crawling or external web services.

ie. The client makes a request from Europe to a US server, say I want to crawl the European version of CNN... so my request to CNN will be identify as European request

I am working with Nodejs, using hyperequest/request module.
