Codemirror replacing

I have 2 divisions, one with codemirror, and other with rendered markdown live preview.

In codemirror division when I write ![my image]() in markdown division appears box for uploading.

After uploading, I need to replace this ![]() for exemple to this: ![my image](http://ift.tt/1DLngqC)

How I can do this?
