what is the future of javascript/node.js/angular.js. Can this single language could make you full stack developer?

I am beginner in coding. I want to learn a single language or parent language that will make me closest to being a full stack developer. Right now I found out Java script, Angular. node.js with mean framework. Any views ? Also keeping in mind mobile is the future, so wanted to know if from javascript/node.js you could create native application
